Six months of undated Memory Keeping Inserts. Each month includes a cover page, a two-page lined monthly grid for short daily memories, and a Currently Page for monthly highlights.

The extension features three monthly designs, each repeated twice, plus six double-sided Notes sheets for longer stories and reflections.

Bloom Size pages measure approximately 21 × 28 cm. They are printed on 120 gsm paper and arrive pre-punched for your discbound planner.

Add the inserts to your existing Bloom Size discbound planner. You can also pair them with planner covers and discs to create a dedicated memory keeping book.

Are the pages dated?
No The six monthly layouts are undated, so you can begin whenever you like.

Do covers and discs come with the inserts?
No. This is an insert pack for an existing discbound setup. Covers, discs and accessories are not included.

Can I create a separate memory keeping book?
Yes. Pair the inserts with a Bloom Size cover and discs, or explore the Memory Notebook Bundle.

Can I add photographs?
Yes. You can add small photographs and decorative elements alongside your written memories.
